Kisumu assembly committees have been allocated Sh138 million this year, a total of Sh51.3 million will be spend on MCAs’ sitting allowances.
The rest of the money will go to training, domestic travel, transport and foreign trips. The committee of the whole house got Sh9.6 million after MCAs amended the Liaison Committee report.
