The Director of Public Prosecutions has appealed against the acquittal of seven parliamentary staff accused of conspiracy to steal Sh70.6 million.
The DPP, in an application filed at the High Court says the circumstances that led to the discharge of the case last week did not warrant any dismissal and the same was unlawful, irregular and without justification.
