The National Land Commission on Saturday blamed the Mining ministry for suspending Wanjala Mining Company from extracting iron ore at Kishushe in Wundanyi.
Mining CS Dan Kazungu (pictured) says the company must seek consent from Kishushe Cooperative Society, which legally owns the land.
