PhotoKenya and Photographers Association of Kenya (PAK) were the main organizers of the event, Masterpieces Awards Ceremony which took place on Friday evening at Alliance Francaise.
The event which sought to recognize outstanding and creative photography work in Kenya attracted over 2,000 entries for 10 main categories including Documentary, Wildlife & Conservation, Weddings and Fashion Photography. The top 3 winners in each category walked away with cash, cameras and trophies.
Some of the guests who graced the event were acclaimed photographer Neil Thomas and Alliance Francaise de Kenya Director Herve Braneyre.
