Several people were left homeless in a fire incident in Mukuru slums Nairobi

on Monday night.

Police say they are yet to know the cause of the fire incident that started from one of the affected houses before it spread fast to others flattening almost 40 structures.

Police say no injury was reported in the incident and a probe has been launched so far.
