State House will this morning host the second summit on Transport and Infrastructure. State House spokesman Manoah Esipisu (pictured) said Transport and Infrastructure are key priorities in the Jubilee administration.

“President Uhuru Kenyatta has made a number of commitments in these areas and backed them with investment. The standard gauge railway is emblematic, but there are other projects of importance,” he said. Esipisu said the summit will give Kenyans, the media and sector stakeholders a chance to take stock and to consider how to move forward.

“Just as with the previous summit on energy, we welcome your views and ask that you join in the conversation tomorrow (today). The summit will be aired live by our broadcasters,” he said.
