Octopizzo was seen arriving carrying the child who was then left at the Lawyers lounge which is on the same floor as the court room where the case was being heard.
The rapper alleges that he was the one who instituted the custody case hearing to "stop" his ex-girlfriend from leaving the country with the child. Adding that the file "had been taken to the magistrate's chambers". The case is filed under the file number #240/16.
During a mid morning break from the court session, Octopizzo threw an angry rant at members of the fourth estate who tried to take photos of him outside the courtroom.
The case was adjourned at 3pm, it is not yet clear when the case will be heard next.
