Ninety-four students from Mabole Boys’ Secondary School, Butere, were yesterday admitted in hospital with stomach complications.

Deputy principal Kennedy Musumba said the boys started complaining of stomach pains in the middle of the night and were rushed to Mabole and Manyala health centres and Butere Subcounty Hospital.

He said the boys had eaten ugali and beans for supper. Butere subcounty health officer Kevin Lumwachi said samples have been taken to the government chemists for analysis.
