The IEBC yesterday held talks with leaders from various religious denominations to discuss the impasse. The leaders drawn from the Muslim, Christian and Hindu faiths urged Cord to dialogue with the government.
They said the planned parallel Madaraka Day celebrations will create unnecessary tension.
