Documents presented before High Court Judge Isaac Lenaola show the CS owes the Kenya Revenue Authority Sh6,595,344.83.
Wamalwa has alleged that he is the second owner of the motor vehicle having purchased it from Grace Wambui.
Wambui and 10 others at the High Court accusing the taxman of not giving them adequate time to comply with a directive to present their vehicles for inspection.
Through Mwadumbo and Company Advocates, they told Justice Lenaola that KRA breached their right to fair administrative action.
KRA wants the suit dismissed saying the notice was justifiable and was necessitated by the nature of the goods in question.
Lenaola has extended temporary orders barring the revenue authority from seizing their vehicles pending a hearing
on
Thursday.
The motorists
have also been directed not to transfer the vehicles to other parties or move them outside the country.
