Kiambu youth have welcomed the return of the NYS programme, saying it has made them shun alcoholism and drug abuse, and helped them fend for their young families.
During the relaunch of the programme in Githunguri and Kiambaa subcounties yesterday, the youth said they were discouraged when the programme stopped.
