Busia county Miss Tourism Leah Otsiula from Nambale subcounty exuded confidence about capturing the national title during the finals in Vihiga on June 18. The ceremony was at Agricultural Training College in Busia town at the weekend.
The 24-year-old nutritionist, who works at Voyager Resort in Nyali, Mombasa, beat 13 other contestants.
