Agricultural Finance Corporation chairman Franklin Bett has said measures will be put in place to ease conditions for acquiring loans from the state-owned agricultural lender.
Speaking at the AFC Kilifi branch on Friday, he said the board will discuss how farmers can access low-interst loans without collateral.
