Busia Education executive Azida Ali has urged students from Bunyala subcounty to join universities to apply for Helb loans. Speaking in Port Victoria town on Tuesday, she said many students from other counties have benefited from the scheme.
Ali said she does not understand why residents fail to apply for the funds.
