A Makadara court has issued a warrant of arrest for a Nairobi lawyer facing charges of forging a court order.
John Mose is wanted for absconding after he was released on Sh10,000 police bail. He is accused of forging a court order in a civil case purporting it to be from the Milimani Commercial Court.
Mose allegedly committed the offence on November 12 last year on Umoja estate. The mention was set for May 9.
