A judge yesterday refused to recuse himself in a Sh26 billion dispute pitting the Kenya Railways retirees and Chinese company Erdemann Property Ltd.
Justice Erick Ogolla said the application made by the retirees was unkind and did not merit his withdrawal from the case.
He said a judge shouldn't be intimidated while handling cases
