Nyandarua Governor Daniel Mwangi has told former Secretary to the Cabinet Francis Kimemia to “shut up and stop calling governors thieves without evidence”.

Yesterday, he said Kimemia spends too much time politicking and inciting Nyandarua residents against him.

“I am asking Kimemia to step down as the chairman of ICDC since it is a public enterprise. He can then come to the grassroots to face the governor or any other leader,” Mwangi said.

He urged Kimemia to state what he accomplished when in power. “He could not even push for the implementation of Nyandarua leaders’ resolution for setting up a university,” Mwangi said.
