International Criminal Court judges will announce on Monday whether Deputy President William Ruto and journalist Joshua Sang have a case to answer.
Trial Chamber announced it will send out the decision at 7pm .
Ruto and Sang are seeking acquittals, arguing Prosecutor Fatou Bensouda does not have enough evidence.
