Cytonn Real Estate has launched a franchise model to help address the housing shortage in the country.
Interested entrepreneurs either take up full franchise, where they will part with a licence fee of Sh1 million or the partial franchise on an ownership ratio of 20:80 with Cytonn.
Shiv Arora, head of private equity real estate, said franchisees will also benefit from branding their outlets, training in real estate, business development, distribution, a strong referral network – where clients will be referred to offices, as well as a support system to run the franchise.
