Rift Valley Railways has appointed Vincent Tshiongo as the new chief operations officer, replacing Fabio Steffler who held the position, it said yesterday.
RVR said Tshiongo has over 20 years’ experience in the railway business, civil
works and energy hydro-power and will bring valuable senior management
experience.
"RVR welcomes this change a week after the announcement of the new chief executive officer, Isaiah Okoth, and remains committed in enhancing trade in East Africa through rail," it said.
