THE Law Society of Kenya has said it will sue the Inspector General of Police over last year’s Lang’ata Road Primary fiasco where school kids were tear-gased by police.

The Education ministry will also be sued for the “violation of children’s fundamental rights”.

In a report released in Nairobi yesterday, LSK said it will seek compensation.

Children were tear-gased for protesting the building of a perimeter wall on their school’s property.
