Visiting New York violinist Christopher Coritsidis and Mexican pianist Jorge Viladoms mesmerized the guests in attendance at the Michael Joseph Center in Nairobi on Tuesday evening.
The charity event organized by World Harmonic Organization headquartered in New York, was part of a tour to developing countries, that saw the internationally renown artists educate and empower children and youth through classical music.
All proceeds from the concert went to the Art of Music, an organisation founded in 2009 to use music to make a difference in the lives of young Kenyans, especially those from under priviledged areas.
In attendance were Unon operations manager Rihana Patwa, Lake Turkana Wind Power deputy general manager Caroline Ongeri and Standard Chartered head of alliances Nathalie Ngatia.
