FORMER Devolution CS Anne Waiguru has said Nandi Hills MP Alfred Keter “always meddles in my affairs”.
“Alfred Keter should explain his unusual interest on matters relating to me. Is he on the payroll of corruption networks that we crippled at NYS?” she tweeted on Monday.
“Why didn’t he complain when other CSs and others aligned to him were cleared by the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission?”
On Monday, Keter termed the EACC a “toll station” and “appendage of the executive” after it ‘hastily’ cleared Waiguru of any wrongdoing over the Sh791 million NYS scam.
