Onyi Papa Jey is known for his eclectic benga music. The Kenya Development Associates - Germany (KDA) will be hosting him for a Kenya Frankfurt promotion gala on March 12 together with spinmansters DJ Adrian and DJ Aisha Phil.
"Our association has resolved to bring on board traditional musicians in our tourism promotion programme here in Germany. We have held the event for the last nine years," Mickie Ojijo told Word Is, "This time we have invited Onyi Papa, the ohangla maestro.
Next summer we will bring in Mike Rua. The tour of the artiste is scheduled to coincide with the International Tourism Borse (exhibition) in March."
