Prince Archie celebrates 5th birthday today

The young royal and first son to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle turns 5 years old today May 6, 2024. 

Prince Archie Harrison was born on May 6, 2019. He was born in the UK and the couple announced on Instagram the same day.

"Prince Archie is celebrating a BIG milestone! He's turning 5 years old,"  harry_meghan_daily said on Instagram.

In a statement issued by the Royal Family team, it stated that the child was born 7Ibs 3oz and that the baby and the duchess were both healthy.

According to Daily Mail, Prince Archie did not get to spend a lot of his life in the UK due to the royal rift that occurred due to his parents; Prince Harry and Meghan Markle moving to California.

Once Archie was born, both his parents were overjoyed with his birth. Prince Harry after his son's birth said that Archie's birth was 'the most amazing experience I could ever have possibly imagined.'

Prince Archie only got to spend five months of his life in the UK. 

In the Netflix documentary series on Harry and Meghan, it revealed that Archie is set to start full-time education when he turns six, a year from now.
