Interior CS Kithure Kindiki on Monday visited Nyao House to assess the progress in issuance of passports.
He said the government has put in place measures to expedite collection of the final batch of 45,000 passports.
Kindiki said the passports constitute the last batch of the over 700,000 passports whose production was delayed.
CS Kindiki interacted with Kenyans who were waiting to be served at Nyayo House.
